Index Welfare Statement:

All visitors to INDEX will be searched upon entry. Refusal will result in the denial of entry to the club. Consumption, trade or possession of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone possessing illegal substances will be refused admission or ejected from the venue. Anyone found offering drugs will be banned for life and may be reported to the Guards and/or be liable for prosecution.

INDEX reserves the right to deny entry to anyone, whether in possession of a presale ticket or not, at all times. Reasons for denied entry may include—but are not limited to—a visible state of intoxication, a disrespectful and/or violent attitude towards any of our staff, or inappropriate attire

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF & EACH OTHER

Please make sure to look after yourself and each other. INDEX is a community. If you see someone who seems to be having a bad time, please check in on them. Everyone’s mental health status is unique to them. If you’re feeling a bit low, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of staff or our on-site medic on the ground floor.

MEDICS ARE YOUR MATES

If you or a friend aren’t feeling well, please seek medical help immediately. Medics are completely free of judgment, and you will NEVER get in trouble for seeking help. Always be honest with medics so they can help you. We have a medical room situated on the ground floor. Any of our staff or security can direct you there. This is a safe space where you can be completely honest with our medical team, and there will be no implications from INDEX. If you or a friend is not feeling well, we are here to help.

ENTRY

Entry to Index is via Liberty Lane. Please note: All shows are strictly over 18’s. Photo ID is required. For door opening times and show set times, keep an eye on our socials for updates.

FAKE TICKETS

This is an ongoing issue in the club/festivals and the event industry. We strongly recommend
buying tickets only from our website, official social media links or our ticketing partners, Eventbrite, Dice & Resident Advisor. Index are not responsible for fake tickets. A fake ticket will result in no entry.

STROBES & LIGHTING

Strong strobe EFX and flashing lights will be used at shows. This may not be suitable for those with epilepsy or light sensitivity. If you feel unwell, please visit the medic area or contact a member of staff for assistance.

NO FLASH

We have implemented a ‘No Flash’ policy at Index. Our door team will add stickers to your phone. Please respect the policy. We want you to be able to lose yourself in the moment! And for others around you to do the same.

RECORDING

At most of our events, professional photography, audio, and video recording take place. This is used for news, promotional purposes/advertising, websites, and social media. By attending a show, you consent to this; however, if you feel you need something removed, please get in touch.

CLOAKROOM

At any event, it is important to keep your belongings safe. The venue cloakroom is situated on the Top Floor. Keep climbing the stairs onto the Rooftop, where you will find it. If you have lost an item at Index, the contact email is below.
